Sometimes, working hours and life commitments don't allow the time for you to attend counselling sessions face to face.
The solution to this is online appointments, and I am a specialist in this field with a great deal of experience talking to a wide range of clients and supervisees in this way, and often see people outside of the UK also. Your privacy is maintained in online sessions as I work from a private office. So as long as you can find a place where you are unlikely to be overheard, we can effectively work in this way. The appointments need to be prior arranged at a time convenient to both of us, and need to be paid via direct bank transfer in advance of each session. Sessions cost £99 for a 70 minute session If you'd like to arrange a therapy appointment at a convenient date and time, you can do this by contacting me prior: E-Mail: [email protected] or text/whatsapp: +44 (0)7979 330395 /
Emma was very welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. I must admit, I did go in thinking - how is this lady going to stop me smoking in 90 mins when I have been smoking for 23 years! But she did! It has been a lot easier than I thought. Emma even provided strategies to keep you focused.

What is the difference between counselling and psychotherapy?
Both are valid and effective ways of dealing with anything in your life that is causing you distress or unwanted behaviours. Counselling Often deals with the 'here and now', to help you get to grips with whatever is bothering you, offering tools in order to allow you to move on with your life in a more positive way. It can help you come to terms with distressing or traumatic events, such as the loss of a loved one, divorce or an accident. It can also be an effective way of dealing with longer term problems such as grief or anxiety. Psychotherapy: Usually is more focussed on looking further into the past for reasons why you have developed or maintained certain behaviors or fears.. Hypnotherapy Combines hypnosis and therapy together. Hypnosis is simply a natural state of mind where you relax down into a comfortable state of awareness. Your body relaxes and your mind becomes more focused on the things you wish to change. Will I be under the therapists control? The simple and honest answer is no. Are there any side effects? Yes, but they are all amazingly positive ones! Most people report a energised feeling directly after hypnosis, others say they sleep far better after a hypnotherapy session. The best side effects are to do with behavioral change! People say they feel far more positive, they have gone on to change their lives radically for the better. |
