Hypnosis has the largest success rate
A growing number of people globally use hypnosis to stop smoking. It is not surprising considering the success rate of this method. Studies show that using hypnotherapy for smoking cessation works successfully in a very high percentage of the population.
What keeps smokers smoking or makes them re-start? Contrary to what many people think, it is not the nicotine. Nicotine is usually out of your system in as little as three to four days. Other chemicals may take a few days more. That’s why withdrawal symptoms tend to fade away after a week. It can only be the psychological addiction that causes smokers to start again. "No Butts" used to stop smoking is the perfect way to alter psychological decisions on a subconscious level. Emma has discovered that if a persons mental attitude changes, their behaviour will change with it. She has proved time over that there is a natural and pleasant way to get rid of such beliefs: by using her own method to enter the subconscious mind. That’s where the habit of being a smoker is lodged. Hypnosis can help you to see things in a different perspective and help to stop you wanting to smoke. *The fee is less than an average 20 a day smoker spends in a month. Based on an average cost of £14 a pack, 7 packs a week, 52 weeks a year, you could be saving around £392 a month on average, and over £4700.00 a year! Imagine if you saved that money per month that you are burning away on damaging your health for 3 years...that would be over £14,000 you'll have saved. I wonder what else you could spend that money on? Makes sense to stop, doesn't it. The largest-ever scientific comparison of ways of breaking the habit was conducted in 1992 and reported in the New Scientist Magazine. They concluded -
‘Hypnosis is the most effective way of giving up smoking’ Schmidt, F.L. & Viswesvaran, C. (1992). A Meta-Analytic Comparison of the Effectiveness of Smoking-Cessation. Journal of Applied Psychology, 77 (4), 554-561. The report told of a research project to find the most effective way to give up smoking. Frank Schmidt and research student Chockalingam Viswesvaran of the University of Iowa carried out a meta-analysis, statistically combining the results of more than 600 studies covering almost 72,000 people. This was a very real and extremely important breakthrough in the research of people giving up smoking. The results spoke for themselves. To become a smoker, a person needs to develop a habit. None of us were born smoking. It was a learning process. When we form a different habit (of not smoking) it is easy to stop the addiction. No Butts helps by forming a new habit - it works fast to minimise cravings!
Many times, after this method, the person doesn't even feel like smoking any more. There is often no need to use conscious will power. It does not matter how many cigarettes or cigars you smoke daily, or how long you have smoked. As long as you have a strong wish to stop smoking you have a fantastic chance to ban cigarettes out of your life by using this one off No Butts method. You will not find Emmas own No Butts method anywhere else as it is exclusively hers. The success rate is high. In fact, there is no other method for kicking the habit, supported by research that comes close! I get asked if there is a guarantee with quit smoking therapy. The simple answer is that no one can give you a cast iron 100% guarantee with any therapy and I would suggest you proceed with caution with any therapist who boasts this. I can only work with your own desire to quit. If you truly want to quit then with my No Butts session you have every opportunity for success.
