When chatting to clients quite often they are in the position they are in due to catastrophising. What that means is that they keep themselves thinking of the worst case scenario until it's all that they can think about.
However, quite often, whatever it is they are worrying about never actually happens! So they've expended all that time, energy and anguish on something that really didn't need worrying about in the first place! Remember this, if it is within your control; do something to change it. If it is out of your control; let it go! |
