AND another dog phobia sorted out - in just one session!

Oh just LOOK at how relaxed Ernie looks with his friend Elsie stroking him! 

Elsie came into my practice really very worried about dogs, she said they made her feel panicky in the body and that her feet tingled because she thought she wanted to run. Of course, when she did run, any dogs in the vicinity wanted to PLAY! So this was perpetuating the issue and making things very uncomfortable. 

I spoke in depth to Elsies mum and she told me that this had been a very long standing issue. I assured her that this kind of thing can usually be dealt with in two sessions. 

Well, being the absolute superstar that Elsie is, she cracked in in ONE! 
​I got a text from Rachel, her mum to say "I'm so pleased at how her confidence has grown! I can't thank you enough!"
